Refund policy

Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund of the item price. No reason needed.

How to return: Email us with your order number. We reply within one business day with our US return address and instructions.

Return shipping: Paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items: Email us a photo or short video within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send anything back.

1-year warranty: If your fountain stops working within 1 year of delivery under normal use, email us a short video and we'll send a replacement.

Exchanges: For a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
