Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Where orders ship from: Orders are shipped by our fulfillment partner from their warehouse in China.

Processing time: Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time: Usually 5-10 business days after dispatch, with tracking the whole way.

Taxes: Any sales tax is shown at checkout.

Shipping cost: Free on orders of $60 or more, including the Starter Kit. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $4.95.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking, emailed to you when it ships.

Lost or damaged parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
